Votes and Legislation

The chief role of the legislative branch is developing, making and monitoring laws. New legislation is passed almost every week. In addition to casting votes on behalf of the Fourth District, I have the opportunity to be involved in the federal lawmaking process by sponsoring and co-sponsoring valuable legislation.

Constituents can watch the House floor in the real timeor view the latest House votes (learn how to read roll call information here).

My voting record is available below. If you'd like to share your thoughts on current legislation, please make your voice heard by contacting my office.
