Washington, D.C. – Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) released the following statement after attending President Donald Trump’s address to a joint session of Congress last night:

“As we heard in the President’s speech last night, the Trump Administration is reversing the damage that the previous administration caused in order to make America strong again. Our border is finally secure, and illegal crossings have reached a record low. President Trump is moving quickly to restore common sense through actions like removing biological men from women’s sports, drilling our energy right here at home, increasing American shipbuilding, pushing to renew the Trump tax cuts, cracking down on evil terrorist organizations, and more,” said Congressman Cole. “As always, it was an honor to attend last night’s joint address of Congress, and I look forward to continuing to work with the Trump Administration to deliver on the mandate of the American people.”
