Cole Statement on David Boren

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) released the following statement after University of Oklahoma President, David Boren, suffered a minor stroke.

"I was shocked to hear the news that David Boren had suffered a minor stroke yesterday afternoon. But David is a fighter, so I am pleased to hear that my friend is in good spirits," said Cole. "David and his family are in my prayers as he continues to recover."
