Washington, D.C. - Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) introduced an amendment on the House floor during consideration of the Defense Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2016. Cole's amendment was passed by voice vote and prevents the furlough of those employed under the Working Capital Fund (WCF), if sequestration is the reason for that action.
